VRC OTR
Tire Repair Clamps are portable, easy to manoeuvre and ideal for the repair of
most OTR tires in the tread, sidewall and shoulder areas.
These Tire Repair Clamps will compliment our MV Series of Section Repair Molds
allowing you to repair tires that may not fit into the VULCAN-VULCAP
Section Repair Model available in your
operation.
This easy to use equipment accommodates a wide range of tires from 20.5 x 25 to
45/65/45, including all conventional and radial tires. For easy positioning, the
vulcanizing head is raised and lowered by a manually operated Hydraulic Lift
Jack.
Air Regulated Control maintains even pressure. Inside and Outside Air Bags
pressurized at 40 psi apply 80 psi pressure to the repair area, ensuring a
quality bond and reducing distortion.
Twin Heat Pads reduce distortion and are equipped with built-in Thermostats to
maintain proper temperature for consistent quality repairs. Fast and easy
set-up.

VCR OTR Tire Repair Clamps are easy to
disassemble for convenient shipping and assembly at your shop or at site for
in-field tire repairs.
